It’s been bothering us for almost two weeks now. Since we really wanted to transfer a new house, we were torn between our plans if we were going to rent another apartment right now or really buy our own house. As we all know it is really hard to find houses located near Makati area since this place is so expensive.
We were talking about the possibility of just renting another one as long as it is near my wife’s office and my son’s school. We really need a home where my son is ready to have his own room, a family room to decorate with my photos, area rugs and a 32 inch flat screen TV, an organized kitchen so that I could cook more elaborate dishes again. We hope and pray that we could find a better place.
