If you are exercising regularly and suddenly you stop, you can’t really help but gain weight after that. That’s what happened to me. I used to jog regularly before but after the typhoon that hit last year, I momentarily stopped and then it was followed by vacation and the start of my son’s school. The result is that I gained 10 pounds. How I wish I could go back on track again and exercise to lose weight instead of taking fat burner.
