It has been almost a week or two that we have been experiencing scattered rain showers. I wonder if the PAGASA or Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration are still not confirming the end of summer season. It’s been to really hot for more than a month. The grass don’t need push mowers anymore since it almost dried up because of too much heat. I hope the government already prepared contingency measures by now for the coming rainy season to avoid flash flooding in some parts of the Metro.
